About Victor Liu
Victor Liu is a California Real Estate Broker, DFPI-licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with Direct Rate, and the founder of Luxury PV Realty, APM Elite Property Management, and the newly launched LPV Commercial. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he brings 21 years of real estate experience — plus certifications as RENE, ABR, SRS, CRB, and CBM — to clients across LA, Torrance, Palos Verdes, Lomita, and Gardena.
Before real estate, Victor owned multiple businesses in the automotive industry — an entrepreneur's path that shaped how he treats every property: as a valuable asset, not simply another listing. He originally added the mortgage license planning to "retire doing loans" and hand the brokerage to his son. Management, as he puts it, worked out too well.
Victor approaches every transaction as a broker, investor, property manager, and mortgage professional. Instead of focusing only on closing a sale, he looks at the complete picture: property value, financing strategy, investment potential, future management, and long-term ownership. Many clients continue working with him long after escrow — through property management, refinancing, leasing, or expanding their portfolio.
