Knowing Mr. Mark and his team had been a great fortune when they reached out and offered help. From finding a lender, preparing documents quickly, patiently explaining the process and the reasons when problems arrive, finding the solutions in the blink of an eye, and even salvaging the situation when the seller and title company make mistakes. I wouldn't have been able to buy the dream house without their assistance. Their responsiveness, always answering my texts and calls, despite the 18-hour difference in time zone due to my status of being stationed overseas, made me feel supported and confident.
