About Michael White
Originally from Washington, DC, Michael White built his career serving others long before real estate: as a teacher and educator, in law enforcement, and in federal service. That path earned him Educator of the Year in 2024 and 2026, multiple Officer of the Month awards, and certification as a mentor — and it shaped the educational, patient approach he brings to every client today.
With 10 years of real estate experience in the San Antonio area, Michael became dual-licensed as a REALTOR® and Mortgage Loan Originator because he saw too many buyers miss opportunities — confused by the financing process or convinced they didn't qualify for a home loan. Now he guides clients through both sides: understanding their financing options and finding the right home, so they can move forward with confidence from start to finish.
Michael believes in educating, not pressuring. Known for clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and a client-first approach, he specializes in first-time buyers, investors, sellers, and new construction — providing strategic guidance from contract to closing, with smoother transactions, fewer surprises, and a more efficient overall experience.
Michael and his wife have three kids, two dogs, and a few rabbits. Outside of work he plays the violin, camps, fishes, and goes on adventures with his family. He leads impact groups and serves on mission trips through his church, and volunteers with the local police department.
