Arlex Cuy's story spans the country. He grew up in several places, finished high school in Miami, served in the U.S. Air Force in Dover, Delaware, and finally settled in San Antonio, Texas in 1983 — where he has built his life and career ever since. Forty-plus years later, San Antonio is home.
Arlex has spent 30 years in financial services and lending — a depth of experience that lets him cut through the noise. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, that same discipline and clarity carried into how he approaches every loan today: precise, focused, and built around the client.
Outside of work, Arlex is married and the proud father of one daughter. He's an animal lover at heart, and he finds his balance in two very different ways: long-distance cycling — including group rides of up to 100 miles — and drawing. Cycling gives him endurance and focus; art gives him a creative outlet and keeps him grounded.
