Keith E. Cotton was born and raised in San Diego, California, and spent his early adult years in Minnesota before returning to California. He eventually made his way to Texas — where his family roots run deep, with both of his parents born and raised in the state. Today, Texas is the place Keith proudly calls home, serving clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Family is at the heart of Keith's life. He is happily remarried and blessed with a blended family of six children — two of whom still live at home — along with their Siberian Husky and a rescued Pit Bull/Lab mix. He's a proud grandfather of one grandson and excitedly awaiting twin granddaughters on the way.

You won't find Keith with a single hobby that defines him. Most of his free time is spent with family, friends, and his church community — whether it's a backyard barbecue, a bowling night, a movie marathon, or gathering around the game table. For Keith, it's less about the activity and more about investing in the relationships and values that matter most: faith, family, friendship, and good food.

Keith brings a uniquely diverse background to real estate and lending. A former college football player who later served in law enforcement, he has built his career across mortgage lending, real estate investing, automotive finance, healthcare leadership, and community outreach — a breadth of experience that gives him perspective most professionals simply can't match.

After 3 years as a Mortgage Loan Originator, Keith earned his Real Estate Agent license to serve his clients more completely during one of the most important decisions of their lives. As both Real Estate Agent and Loan Officer, he can simplify the process, offer guidance at every step, and create a much smoother path to homeownership.

Keith believes real estate and mortgage lending are about people, not transactions. His focus is on serving with care, clear communication, and personalized guidance — building relationships that last long beyond the sale or the loan. He wants every client to know they have a trusted partner they can turn to for years to come.

Beyond his work, Keith serves as a Volunteer Chaplain at the Tarrant County Jail and Juvenile Detention Center, where he has the opportunity to encourage and support people facing difficult circumstances. Drawing on his background in law enforcement and his deep faith, Keith is committed to helping people find hope and make positive decisions for their future.
