MEET TIM WEDROSKY
Tim is a Seattle native who officially moved to Palm Springs in 2008, bringing with him a passion for real estate that began when he bought his first home in his twenties. Since then, he's spent more than 15 years getting to know the Coachella Valley community inside and out — its neighborhoods, its rhythms, and the buyers and sellers who call it home.
From personal real estate investments to decades of mortgage origination and lending, Tim has spent over 30 years immersed in the industry. A former accountant, he brings analytical discipline to every transaction — paired with the practical, steady understanding of the market that comes only from navigating it firsthand through every kind of condition: high rates, low inventory, recessions, and even pandemics.
Across all those market shifts, Tim has built a reputation for consistency, problem-solving, and guiding transactions to successful, low-stress outcomes for everyone involved. Having bought and sold properties himself, he brings firsthand experience to every client relationship — taking the time to explain options, strategies, and processes clearly, often with a touch of humor, so clients feel informed and confident at every step.
Tim first earned his real estate license, and five years later was recruited as a loan originator — a path that gave him deep knowledge of both sides of the transaction. Being dual-licensed lets him offer his clients a more complete perspective from start to finish: he can guide them through both the purchase and the financing as a single trusted expert, creating a much smoother experience.
When Tim isn't working, you'll find him exploring local restaurants with friends or spending time at the beach with his English Labrador, Solie. He's also proud to serve as a Puppy Raiser for Guide Dogs of the Desert — currently raising Hal, a Labrador with a bright future ahead helping someone live more independently. It's a side of Tim that says everything about who he is: patient, dedicated, and quietly making a difference for the people (and pups) around him.
