MEET JOEL VILLANUEVA
A Seguin, Texas native, Joel serves buyers and sellers across Bexar, Guadalupe, Wilson, and Comal counties — the area he proudly calls home. Family is at the center of his life: Joel is a husband, a father of one son, and a dog dad.
Before real estate, Joel built his career in Construction Management — a background that gives him an uncommon understanding of homes from the ground up. He sees the structure, the systems, and the construction itself the way a builder does, not just the way an agent does. That perspective shapes how he evaluates every property his clients consider.
In just two years of real estate, Joel has already earned recognition as Realtor of the Quarter — a reflection of the dedication, professionalism, and care he brings to every client.
